There is a plant, beside truffle mushroom, which makes Mediterranean known all over the world. That is wild asparagus.

Since the Roman times there are legends about devine gourmand and cure miracles of this small plant.. Gourmands and doctors of today have confirmed those legends.

The Hotel Valdaliso organizes for you special offer at this time of the year when asparagus grow.

1st DAY (Thursday)
• Arrival and accommodation
