The law of wine declares that ''wine is agricultural and nutritional product made by full or partial fermetation of must, from fresh and special sorts of grapes'', but it is more than that – it is a way of life.

In Istrian wine cellars each year on last weekend in May there are days of ''open doors'' in all wine cellars.

The Hotel Valdaliso organizes for you special offer this weekend in which wine will be the way of life to our guests. Package arrangement consists of:
 
1st DAY (Thursday)
• Arrival and accommodation

2nd DAY (Friday)
